A valid driver's license is required, issued at least 2 years before the rental date. International driving permits are accepted but must be accompanied by the original license. Driver's name on the license must match the booking name and ID.
All vehicles include full insurance with collision damage waiver (CDW), theft protection and third-party liability. A refundable security deposit is required at pickup ($300 USD by credit card hold).
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash (USD or DOP) and bank transfer for advance bookings. A credit card is required at pickup for the security deposit, even if you pay the rental in cash.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24h are charged 1 day rental fee. No-shows are charged the full first day. Modifications to dates are free of charge subject to availability.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Pets are allowed only in approved carriers — please notify us at booking. Cleaning fee of $100 USD applies if vehicle is returned with strong odors or pet hair.
Main driver must be at least 23 years old. For luxury vehicles like the Suburban, minimum age is 25. Additional drivers are free of charge but must meet the same age and license requirements.
