Important legal information: By accessing this website, submitting a booking request or purchasing a service directly from Trasla Travel, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to any product-specific terms disclosed before payment or included in your booking confirmation. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Trasla Travel website and the travel services booked directly with Trasla Travel SRL. They are intended to establish clear expectations between Trasla Travel and the person making the reservation, together with every traveler included in that reservation.
These terms should be read together with the applicable product description, booking confirmation, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and any supplier-specific conditions disclosed before purchase.
A booking agreement is formed when Trasla Travel issues a written confirmation and any required payment or deposit has been successfully completed. A website submission, quotation request or pending payment does not by itself guarantee a confirmed reservation.
The person completing the booking confirms that they are authorized to act for all travelers named in the reservation and accepts responsibility for sharing the confirmation, requirements and applicable policies with them.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to make a booking. All information submitted must be complete and accurate, including traveler names, contact details, pickup location, accommodation, flight information and requested service date.
Trasla Travel is not responsible for service disruption caused by materially incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the traveler. Notify us promptly if any booking information changes.
Trasla Travel offers and arranges transportation, tours, excursions and related travel services. Some services may be fulfilled by carefully selected independent operators, drivers, guides, activity providers or other suppliers.
Product descriptions identify the principal inclusions and exclusions known at the time of publication. Reasonable substitutions may be necessary when an advertised vehicle, route, attraction or supplier becomes unavailable, provided the essential character and value of the service are maintained whenever possible.
Bookings made through Viator, GetYourGuide, Bókun marketplaces or another reseller are also subject to the terms and payment procedures of that third party.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed during booking, commonly U.S. dollars, and include only the items expressly listed in the selected service. Optional extras, gratuities, personal expenses and services not listed as included are the traveler’s responsibility.
All services remain subject to availability until a confirmation is issued. Review the confirmation immediately and notify us of any discrepancy as soon as possible.
The confirmation will normally identify the booked service, date, time, traveler count, meeting or pickup information and the amount paid or due. Travelers must retain access to the confirmation and present any voucher or identification reasonably requested by the operator.
Travelers are responsible for preparing appropriately and following the instructions in the confirmation. This includes:
Travelers remain responsible for determining whether they meet entry, documentation, health and participation requirements applicable to their trip.
Requests to change or cancel a direct booking must be submitted through the contact channels stated in the confirmation and are not effective until acknowledged by Trasla Travel.
Unless different product-specific terms were disclosed, eligible direct bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time may qualify for a full refund. Late cancellations, no-shows and voluntarily unused services are generally non-refundable.
Complete conditions, exceptions and refund-processing information are provided in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Third-party bookings must normally be changed or cancelled through the platform that collected payment.
Routes, schedules, vehicles, guides, vessels, attractions and activity sequences may change when reasonably necessary because of weather, traffic, road or sea conditions, safety concerns, supplier availability, government action or events outside reasonable control.
If Trasla Travel or the operating supplier cancels a confirmed service and no suitable alternative is accepted, the traveler may receive an eligible rescheduling option or a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trasla Travel is responsible only for direct loss proven to result from its own failure to provide the confirmed service with reasonable care. Trasla Travel is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, missed flights, separate hotel costs or other independently booked arrangements caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Travelers must follow reasonable safety instructions given by Trasla Travel, the driver, guide or activity operator. Participation may be refused or ended without refund when a person’s conduct presents a material safety risk, is abusive or threatening, causes serious disruption, damages property or involves unlawful activity.
Travelers should assess whether a service is suitable for their health, mobility and experience level. Relevant conditions or assistance requirements should be disclosed before booking so that availability can be confirmed. Trasla Travel may recommend that a traveler not participate when a supplier’s published safety restrictions cannot be met.
You may use this website only for lawful personal or business travel-planning purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with its operation, misuse booking forms or payment functions, introduce harmful code, obtain unauthorized access, scrape protected content or impersonate another person.
Unless otherwise identified, the website’s branding, design, written content, graphics and original media are owned by or licensed to Trasla Travel. They may not be reproduced, sold, republished or used commercially without prior written permission.
We work to keep website information accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every displayed item will remain available. Material errors may be corrected when identified.
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Information may be shared with relevant drivers, guides, suppliers, payment providers or booking platforms only as reasonably necessary to process and deliver the requested service or meet legal obligations.
By making a booking, you authorize operational communications by email, telephone, SMS or WhatsApp concerning confirmation, payment, pickup coordination, service changes, safety or customer support. Marketing messages will be handled separately and may be declined or unsubscribed from where applicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, including mandatory consumer protections that apply to the transaction. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should make a reasonable effort to resolve a dispute directly and in good faith. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to the competent authorities or courts of the Dominican Republic, subject to any mandatory jurisdictional right available to the consumer.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Trasla Travel may update these terms to reflect operational, legal or service changes. The version displayed when a confirmed booking is made will ordinarily govern that booking unless a later change is required by law or accepted by the traveler.
